PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a fuel tank and to suppress an increase in the number of components in a structure for fastening a fuel tank of a saddle-riding type vehicle.SOLUTION: In the structure for fastening the fuel tank of the saddle-riding type vehicle that includes a seat on which a driver seats; and the fuel tank 20 supported to a vehicle body frame under the seat, a support member 40 for supporting the fuel tank 20 is disposed to the vehicle body frame and the support member 40 includes a load receiving part 41b for receiving a load from the seat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
