PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition that has improved dispersibility in and affinity with a molding and prevents decrease in the reactivity of a carbodiimide compound.SOLUTION: A polyester resin composition contains a copolymerized polyester resin (A) and a carbodiimide compound (B). The mass ratio (A/B) of the copolymerized polyester resin (A) to the carbodiimide compound (B) falls within the range of 10/90 to 85/15.SELECTED DRAWING: None
