The control unit is arranged to change the sequence for establishing connection, using the second wireless communication unit and the second wireless communication protocol, in accordance with the content of the received information relating to the start-up state of the communication device.

a CPU configured to check an activation state of the information processing apparatus; a communication unit configured to establish a wireless communication with an external apparatus; and a tag memory configured to be accessible from the CPU and to be accessible from the external apparatus, wherein in a case that the activation state changes, the CPU writes time information based on the changed activation state, and wherein the tag memory transmits the time information in response to a receiving request from the external apparatus.
