An image display control method and device for a WOLED display device, and a WOLED display device comprising the device. The calculation method used when displayed data is adjusted is simple, and color cast can be eliminated. The method comprises: converting gray-scale data, input by a signal source, of light in all colors into brightness data of the light in all the colors (101); obtaining adjusted brightness data of white sub-pixel light and adjusted brightness data of the light in all the colors according to the brightness data of the light in all the colors and proportions of the corresponding light in all the colors in the white sub-pixel light (102); and converting the adjusted brightness data of the white sub-pixel light and the adjusted brightness data of the light in all the colors into gray-scale data, and outputting and displaying the gray-scale data (103).
