The electronic apparatus according to one embodiment has: a blood flow data acquiring unit that acquires, as Doppler-shift-based blood flow data, information on the blood flowing in a living body; a power spectrum calculating unit that, on the basis of the blood flow data, calculates the power spectrum of the blood flow data; and a general-form index calculating unit that calculates a general-form index from the power spectrum. The electronic apparatus according to one embodiment also has an estimating unit that, on the basis of the general-form index, estimates the viscosity of the blood. The estimating unit displays estimation results for the viscosity of the blood on a display device.
