The present invention relates to an electronic parking device for a vehicle, capable of improving the stability of parking by preventing butting or clash, and making the structure relatively simple by using a lead screw as an actuator. The present invention comprises: a motor generating rotational force; a lead screw connected to a rotary shaft of the motor; a first shifting cylinder of which inner surface is combined with the lead screw to convert a rotary motion of the lead screw into a linear motion; a second shifting cylinder combined with the first shifting cylinder to be movable; a spring installed between the first and second shifting cylinders; a shift fork connected with the second shifting cylinder; a sleeve reciprocated by the shift fork; an operation shaft clutch gear connected with an operation shaft; and a fixer clutch gear connected with a fixer, and connected with or separated from the operation shaft clutch gear by the sleeve. |
