Disclosed is a switching device. The switching device comprises: a pair of installation plates arranged to be separated from each other; a latch assembled to a latch pin installed to be rotatable on the installation plates; a moveable contact assembled in connection with the latch, touching a fixated contact or being separated from the fixated contact; a bar-shaped opening/closing member fixated and installed at the installation plate, stopping assembly of the moveable contact by supporting the moveable contact when the moveable contact is separated from the fixated contact; and an insulation member which prevents fusion of the opening/closing member with the moveable contact by being assembled to the opening/closing member.
