摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving method for a liquid crystal display device for supplying image signals at the same timing for performing inversion driving on different regions by a plurality of data lines provided for every pixel column, by which display defect due to insufficient change in voltage of the data line can be reduced.SOLUTION: A driving method for a liquid crystal display device includes a first period, a second period, and a third period. The first period is provided in which a first image signal for applying positive voltage to liquid crystal is supplied to pixels via a first data line and a second data line. The second period is provided in which a second image signal for applying to the liquid crystal, negative voltage to be supplied to the pixels in a first row while the pixels are not selected by a scan line is supplied to the first data line, and the second image signal for applying to the liquid crystal, the negative voltage to be supplied to the pixels in an (n+1)-th row is supplied to the second data line. The third period is provided in which the second image signal for applying the negative voltage to the liquid crystal is supplied to the pixels via the first data line and the second data line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
