PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antibodies against human CSF-1R (CSF-1R antibody; macrophage colony regulatory factor-receptor antibody), methods for their production, pharmaceutical compositions containing the antibodies, and uses thereof.SOLUTION: In an antibody binding to human CSF-1R, the heavy chain variable domain and the light chain variable domain each have a CDR3 region, a CDR2 region and a CDR1 region of specific amino acid sequences.
