PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber wet master batch having stable viscosity and a manufacturing method therefor, a rubber composition containing the rubber wet master batch as a raw material, a rubber composition capable of being the raw material for a rubber excellent in heat generation during vulcanization and further a pneumatic tire using the rubber composition as the raw material.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a rubber wet master batch having a process (I) for manufacturing a filler-containing slurry solution by dispersing a filler into a dispersion solvent, a process (II) for mixing the filler-containing slurry solution and a rubber latex solution to manufacture a filler-containing rubber latex solution and a process (III) for adding acid as a coagulant to the filler-containing rubber latex solution to solidify the filler-containing rubber latex solution and a process (IV) for adding an acid acceptor to the filler-containing rubber latex solution containing the coagulant to conduct an acid removing treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
