PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive composition for lubricant better at high temperature, having long lasting antioxidation performance and excellent in solubility at low temperature and a lubricant composition using the additive composition for lubricant.SOLUTION: There are provided an additive composition for lubricant containing a compound (A) represented by the formula (1) and a compound (B) where one of piperidyl group is substituted by an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms and a lubricant composition containing the additive composition. There is provided the additive composition for lubricant having ratio of the compound (A) and the compound (B), (A)/(B)=6/4 to 9/1. There is provided the additive composition for lubricant containing a phenolic antioxidant of 5 to 20 pts.mass based on the total amount 100 pts.mass of the compound (A) and the compound (B). There is provided a lubricant composition to which the additive composition for lubricant of 0.1 to 10 pts.mass is added.
