PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate structure excellent in adhesion between a silicone sheet layer containing a fluorescence substance and an encapsulation resin cured material and to provide a light-emitting device excellent in light-emitting properties.SOLUTION: The laminate structure includes an (A) layer: a silicone sheet containing a fluorescence substance, a (C) layer: a silicone adhesive layer, and a (B) layer: an encapsulation resin cured material.
