PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an optical member plate, by which a concavo-convex pattern with high accuracy can be formed in manufacturing an optical member having a concavo-convex pattern.SOLUTION: An original plate is manufactured, which is then subjected to electroforming. The original plate is manufactured through steps of: exposing the resist layer of a laminate 33 for manufacturing an original plate including a substrate 30 and a resist layer 32, based on a concavo-convex pattern of an optical member; heating the exposed laminate for manufacturing an original plate; and removing the resist layer in an exposed part or in an unexposed part after heating to form a resist pattern 34. An electroforming process includes steps of: depositing an electroless plating layer by electroforming on a surface on the resist pattern side without etching the original plate; and depositing an electrolytic plating layer on the electroless plating layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
