An electric riveting tool, comprising an outer cover (25), a trigger (28), a rivet pulling system, a screw rod transmission system, a planet gear deceleration system and a power motor assembly; a spring sleeve (7) is connected to a front end of a ball screw (11); the planet gear deceleration system is fixed with a screw nut (13) via a connection shaft (15); the power motor assembly is connected to the planet gear deceleration system; the rear end of the power motor assembly is provided with a nail collection barrel (26); a discharge tube (24) passes through a motor shaft (30) and the planet gear deceleration system, and is sleeved outside a top core tube (32); the outer cover is provided with a circuit board (27), the trigger and a travel control plate (29) thereon; the circuit board is connected to the travel control plate respectively via a control line and a motor (23); the travel control plate is provided with an inductor thereon; an idler wheel positioning block (9) is provided with a magnet (10) thereon; and the inductor is located below the magnet. The tool is used in a handheld mode, thus conforming to ergonomics; in addition, the tool can conduct rivet pulling on rivets having different specifications, discharges a waste nail rod easily, and has a good applicability. |
