PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of improving visibility of an image in simultaneously displaying a color image and a near-infrared image in one screen, preventing an increase in manufacturing cost, and achieving miniaturization.SOLUTION: An image signal processing portion 102 in an imaging device 100 generates a color image signal on the basis of read signals output from a plurality of read circuits when a subject is irradiated with light from a white light emitting element X1, and generates a monochrome image signal on the basis of the read signals output from the plurality of read circuits when at least the subject is not irradiated with light from the white light emitting element X1. The image signal processing portion 102 selects a color that can be displayed in a color image, converts the monochrome image signal to a pseudo color image signal showing an image of the selected color and black, and generates a synthesized image signal showing one image on the basis of the color image signal and the pseudo color image signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 76 |
