PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify at appropriate timing a notification destination that the power state of an information processing device has shifted, and thereby to surely obtain a response to it from the notification destination.SOLUTION: An information processing device notifies a registered notification destination of a power state to be shifted according to a first communication mode in response to a change in which the power state shifted by power supply control means changes from a normal state to a power saving state or a power-off state, or from the power saving state to the power-off state, and associates the reported power state with the notification destination and stores them in storage means. Then, in response to a change in which the power state shifted by the power supply control means changes from the power-off state to the normal state, the information processing device notifies the stored notification destination of the stored power state according to a second communication mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
