PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket molding tool capable of increasing the number of outputted gaskets without increasing a tool area of the molding tool.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a molding tool for molding a gasket installed in an installing groove having a flat shape in which the required number of straight portions and corner portions are combined to each other. The molding tool has a molding groove at a split surface for molding the gasket. The gasket comprises the first location part installed at the straight part and the second location part installed at the corner part. The molding groove comprises the first location part molding groove for molding the first location part and the second location part molding groove for molding the second location part. The straight part is in a linear form and the first location part molding groove is curved, a spacing between the second molding grooves at the molding grooves is made shorter than that of a spacing between the corner parts at the installing grooves. The flat surface shape of the second location part molding groove is set to be either the same shape or similar shape of the flat surface shape of the corner parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
