PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe pile rotary press fit method capable of pressing a steel pipe pile into the ground with sufficient efficiency even when a crawler crane is not available for obtaining rotational reaction force and to provide a device used in the steel pipe pile rotary press fit method.SOLUTION: A steel pipe pile rotary press fit method for rotationally pressing a plurality of steel pipe piles into the ground in series comprises the steps of: installing a columnar member inside an upper side opening of an existing first steel pipe pile (A); and rotationally pressing a second steel pipe pile into the ground using a rotary press fit device which is fixed to the columnar member installed in the first steel pipe pile through a reaction bar (B).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
