PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance content of hypochlorous acid in electrolytic water in electrolysis.SOLUTION: In a producing method of electrolytic water raw material liquid used for electrolysis, a chloride water solution in which a chloride component that is neutral for water is dissolved is prepared, and minute air bubbles made of an adjustment gas are contained into the chloride water solution. In this way, content of hypochlorous acid in electrolytic water can be enhanced by function of the adjustment gas contained in the electrolytic water raw material liquid in electrolysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
