PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing load caused by re-transmission in the case where a message is re-transmitted from one software to another software.SOLUTION: Generation means 101 generates a message about processing executed by an information processing device 10. First transmission means 102 transmits a message generated by the generation means 101 to software functioning as a web client together with a message identifier identifying the message. When a re-transmission request including a message identifier is received from the software, on the basis of the message identifier included in the received re-transmission request, second transmission means 103 identifies a message, from among messages generated by the generation means 101, which is not received by the software and satisfies a condition in which attribute of the message is determined in advance.
