PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that suppresses a difference in image quality occurring due to the occurrence of the difference between the state of wear of the electrophotographic photoreceptor and the state of wear of a cleaning blade even after a repeated image formation for a long period, compared with a case where an outermost surface layer is formed of a cured film of a composition containing an annular silicon-containing compound and a charge transport material having an alkoxysilyl group.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrophotographic photoreceptor formed of a cured film of a composition that contains at least one selected from annular silicon-containing compounds having an outermost surface layer with a specific structure, and a charge transport material having at least one chain polymerizable functional group in one molecule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
