PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a calculation formula for determining a deterioration degree of a replacement component, by aggregating pieces of processing state information acquired from a processing device, in a manner of being capable of predicting regardless of a processing state.SOLUTION: A specific correction factor is added to a calculation formula, thereby a deterioration degree y of a transport roller at a replacement period becomes constant in a permissible error range (formula (2)). The deterioration degree y is approximated by a quadric curve (formula (3)). Based on the approximate expression, a replacement period (predictive day) of the transport roll is specified by comparing with a deterioration degree threshold that is predetermined by the deterioration degree y. When the replacement period itself (limit value) of the transport roll is the predictive day, even when the error is in the permissible range, there is a possibility of hindrance to transport accuracy and image quality after being subjected to image processing. Therefore, a preventive maintenance value is set to a position which has lower deterioration degree y than that of the limit value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
