PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage entrance/exit of a mobile object into/from a predetermined area in accordance with a security level set for each operator without taking time and increasing load of an operator operating the mobile object.SOLUTION: A card reader 21 installed onto a fork lift 20 acquires an operator ID capable of identifying an operator that operates the fork lift 20. Thereafter, when an infrared sensor 42 disposed in the vicinity of a shutter 44 in an area where the fork lift 20 intends to enter detects the fork lift 20, the security level of an operator who operates the fork lift 20 is recognized and opening control of the shutter 44 is performed according to the security level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
