ERROR TROUBLESHOOTING USING A CORRELATED KNOWLEDGE BASE

Disclosed are various embodiments for an error troubleshooting application. Error data is obtained from a client device. A correlated knowledge base is referenced to determine if a solution is associated with the error data. If a solution is associated with the error data, a notification embodying the solution is communicated to the client device. If a solution is not associated with the error data, a notification indicating the solution is unknown is communicated to the client device.

1. A non-transitory computer-readable medium embodying a program executable in at least one computing device, the program, when executed, causing the at least one computing device to at least:
obtain error data from a client device; associate the client device with an entry in an error knowledge base, the entry corresponding to the error data; communicate, responsive to the error data transitioning from not being associated with a solution in the error knowledge base to being associated with the solution in the error knowledge base, communicates a notification indicating the solution to at least the client device associated with the entry; and wherein the error data is associated with an execution of an application on the client device.
