Axial regulator of the pressure of gas represents the regulator of the indirect effect which secures the constant value of the out coming pressure in the framework of the regulation group, regardless the change of the incoming pressure and current. It is used for the regulation of the pressure in the installations of the natural gas, propane butane, air, nitrogen and other technical gases.With this solution of the axial regulator of pressure the membrane is simple to perform and its shape and the accomplished degree of strain after the assembly secures the favorable degree of deformation so that the stress in the working conditions does not have as a result the damaging of the same.This solution also removes the cause of the damaging of the membrane due to the occurrence of the impurities in the gas, so that the envisaged ring opening for the transferred so that they do not influence the membrane and its sealing function.The construction of the regulator, or the current disc and the disc in between with the apertures secures the significant lowering of the level of noise and the quality and reliable work in the scope of the 0 – 100% of the envisaged capacity.The construction of the regulator, i.e. its out coming and incoming edge enables the simple two step disassembly from the line of gas pipes, the easier servicing and the survey of the critical elements as well as the flexibility with regard to the change of size of the out coming edge.The technology of the production of regulators is defined so that it enables the performance of the same in the small serials as well as individually without the special tools. |
