PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for tire less in performance change on a dry road surface in high temperature range and performance change to a road change from a wet road surface to a dry road surface and a tire having a tire member consisted by the rubber composition for tire.SOLUTION: There are provided a rubber composition for tire having complex elastic modulus at 50°C dynamic distortion amplitude of 5%, G*and complex elastic modulus at 100°C dynamic distortion amplitude of 5%, G*satisfying following formula (1), breaking elongation EBin a tensile test at 23°C of 350% or more and tangent loss at 50°C dynamic distortion amplitude of 1%, tanδof 0.12 or more, and a tire having a tire member constituted by the rubber composition for tire.
