PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone treatment method using ozone hydrates, which enables treatments such as ozone sterilization by generating ozone of a desired concentration safely and continuously by using ozone hydrates, and an apparatus therefor.SOLUTION: A treatment by ozone is performed by: feeding ozone hydrates in an ozone hydrate tank 10 to an ozone hydrate blender 13; concurrently feeding low-humidity compressed air to the ozone hydrate blender 13 and decomposing the ozone hydrates by the compressed air in the ozone hydrate blender 13 to generate ozone; and supplying the ozone to a demand destination 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
