PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor apparatus capable of reducing noise contained in an output signal.SOLUTION: A sensor apparatus comprises: an amplification unit 20 that amplifies a sensor signal; a filter 30 that eliminates noise contained in an output signal from the amplification unit; a reference-voltage generation unit 50 that generates a reference voltage having a constant voltage level; and a differential amplifier circuit 60 to which the sensor signal output from the filter and the reference voltage are input. The differential amplifier circuit has a first input terminal connected to the filter and a second input terminal connected to the reference-voltage generation unit, a sensor unit and the reference-voltage generation unit are connected to a common power supply 200, and an output terminal of the reference-voltage generation unit is connected to the first input terminal via a capacitor so that a power supply noise is input to the first input terminal via the reference-voltage generation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
