PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing temperature measurement sensors exhibiting an excellent strength and a constant durability against heat cycles and vibrations and having a lead wire and a temperature measurement body of which respective leads are linearly connected without difficulty to widely overlap with each other.SOLUTION: The above method includes the steps of: welding a lead 22 of a temperature measurement body 12 and a lead 20 of a lead wire 14 with their respective edges overlapping with each other; and soldering the leads 20 and 22 to cover the region welded in the welding step. In the welding step, the leads 20 and 22 are welded in a linearly overlapping state with a welding electrode 30 having a first guide groove 32a guiding the lead 22 and a second guide groove 34a guiding the lead 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
