PURPOSE: To achieve an application of a configuration of artificially expressing the state of a main body of an interaction model, in a semiconductor device in which components serving as basic units are arranged in an array shape to determine a desired state of the interaction model.CONSTITUTION: The semiconductor device includes a plurality of basic units. Each basic unit includes: a first memory cell for storing a value expressing one spin of an interaction model in three or more states; a second memory cell for storing information showing an interaction from another main body acting on one main body; and an arithmetic circuit for determining the next state of the one main body on the basis of a function having, as a constant or variable, the value expressing the state of another main body and the information showing the interaction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 30 |
