PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inductance of a connection terminal portion in a power conversion device.SOLUTION: A power conversion device is configured as follows. A positive electrode side bus bar 31, a module positive electrode terminal 21, and a capacitor positive electrode terminal 11 are connected one another with a screw 50, similarly, a negative electrode side bus bar 32, a module negative electrode terminal 22, and a capacitor negative electrode terminal 12 are connected one another with a screw, and an AC bus bar 33 and a module AC terminal 23 are connected to each other with a screw. An insulation plate 34 is placed between the positive electrode side bus bar 31 and the negative electrode side bus bar 32. A conductor 100 whose surface is covered with an insulator 101 is disposed between the positive electrode 11 and the negative electrode 12 of a capacitor 10 so as to be sandwiched by the positive electrode 11 and the negative electrode 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
