摘要 The present invention relates to a method of recycling sewage sludge to an energy resource. The method includes the steps of: re-collecting a heat of sewage sludge discharged after a water treatment at a sewage treatment plant; and using a heat obtained by a heat pump having a high efficiency of exchanging a heat energy and a solar heat collector to a sludge drying system, thereby re-collecting an energy resource having a lower heating value (LHV) of calories greater than or equal to 2,600 kcal/kg including digested sludge and excess sludge which contains 60% of moisture. The present invention provides a hybrid energy recycling process and waste regenerating art, which includes the steps of: mixing and forming the dried sewage sludge with a predetermined and adjusted amount of waste plastics having the lower heating value greater than or equal to 5,500 kcal/kg, dried composts having a higher heating value greater than or equal to 3,010 kcal/kg or wood chips having the lower heating value greater than or equal to 4000 kcal/kg generated as a municipal waste; regenerating into a refuse derived fuel (RDF) having calories greater than or equal to 4,500 kcal/kg of the lower heating value; and operating a cluster of unit systems, wherein the unit systems re-collects a source of the wasted heat, uses a new and renewable energy and utilizes the municipal waste and the sewage sludge as a source of the regenerating heat.
