The present invention relates to an electric rotary furnace capable of selectively using a high power electric furnace and a low power electric furnace, and maintaining a molten state and a liquid state of the contents. The electric rotary furnace comprises: a lower plate (10) having a rotation pillar on a center on an upper surface; a side plate (20) loaded to correspond to an upper outer circumference of the lower plate (10); an upper plate (30) loaded on the upper side of the side plate (20) to correspond to the upper side of the lower plate (10), and having a hole (31); and a blast furnace (40) supported by being loaded on an upper part of the lower plate (10), and located on an inner side of the side plate (20) and the upper plate (30). The blast furnace (40) comprises: a crucible support member (41) located on the upper surface of the lower plate (10); a crucible (42) containing contents, melting the contents; a refractory furnace (44) installed in the outer surface to enclose the crucible (42); an electric heating unit (43) to heat the crucible (42) located between the crucible (42) and the refractory furnace; and a finishing plate (45) connected to an upper open space of the crucible (42) and the refractory furnace (44). The electric heating unit (43) faces the crucible (42) in each pair to enclose the crucible (42); thereby the electric rotary furnace using both the high power electric furnace and the low power electric furnace. As such, the electric rotary furnace requires low maintenance costs, and has excellent work efficiency. |
