The present invention provides an apparatus and a method for wireless charging of a vehicle, in which operation of a smart key device is transmitted to the apparatus for wireless charging and a frequency used by the apparatus for wireless charging is changed, thereby the smart key device and the apparatus for wireless charging can avoid radio frequency interference when operating, and the smart key device can simultaneously operate with charging of the apparatus for wireless charging. The apparatus for wireless charging of the vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a receiving unit for receiving a signal informing that a smart key exists inside the vehicle from the smart key device; a frequency control unit for controlling a wireless charging frequency band to be changed after receiving the signal informing whether the smart key exists inside the vehicle or not from the receiving unit; and an antenna for transmitting a frequency controlled by the frequency control unit. |
