The present invention relates to a shopping cart. The shopping cart is integrated with a wheelchair to enable a handicapped user to shop and move a basket to a checkout counter in a horizontal motion therefrom for checkout, thereby making shopping and payment easy for the user. The shopping cart includes: a body frame including a first wheel installed on the front part and a second wheel, which has a larger diameter than that of the first wheel and is installed on the rear part, while having a handle enabling a guardian of the user to push the wheelchair; a seat frame which is installed on the body frame and on top of the second wheel while including a seat plate, a back plate, and a curved armrest unit sliding on the back support; and a basket frame including a support which is arranged on the first wheel to have a basket storing products arranged thereto, a vertical support which has the upper end connected to the support and the lower end connected to the wheel shaft of the first wheel, and a flexible groove which restricts the movement of the vertical support to a product selection location and to a shopping movement location by using the mutual interference of the wheel shaft of the first wheel and the body frame. A guide hole is formed on the rear end of the seat plate to store the basket frame of the shopping cart aligned in a rearward direction. Accordingly, the shopping cart enables the user to easily move, select a product for purchase, and place the product in the basket while sitting thereon. The basket storing the product can be moved in a horizontal direction at the checkout counter to be placed in front of a cashier. Accordingly, the shopping cart can improve user convenience by eliminating the need to manually move products before paying for them. |
