An object of the present invention is to provide a curved surface-treated display screen protecting film which maintains the form easily and enables forming time to be shortened. To this end, the present invention provides a method of preparing a curved surface-treated display screen protecting film which includes: an adhesion layer (13) formed on the bottom of a film base (11) made of a thin film-shaped synthetic resin material; a bottom release paper (14) which entirely covers the bottom of the adhesion layer (13); and a top release paper (15) which covers the top of the film base (11), wherein a curved surface portion (10a) is formed on an edge part by corresponding to a display edge curved surface of an adhesion object. The method of preparing a curved surface-treated display screen protecting film according to the present invention includes: a protection film material supplying step (S1) of possessing and supplying a protection film material (10b) which is larger than the protection film; a differential heating step (S2) of heating first and second heaters such that the first heater (42) has a lower temperature than the second heater (52) in a male press (40) on a flat plate form of which a curved surface protrusion portion (41) having the edge formed in a curved surface form protrudes upward, and in which the first heater (42) is embedded and a hot press (50) on a flat plate form of the bottom of which the curved surface grooved portion (51) having the edge formed in a curved surface is cutout upward correspondingly to the curved surface protrusion portion on the top of the male press (40), and in which the second heater (52) is installed; a forming step (S3) of interposing a liquid crystal protection film material (10b) between the male press (40) and the hot press (50) to press and form the liquid crystal protection film material (10b); and a cutting step (S4) of pressing and cutting the formed liquid crystal protection film material (10b) to separate the formed liquid crystal protection film material (10b) such that only a liquid crystal protection (10) film remains. |
