PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order processing system, an order processing unit, an order processing method, and an order processing program capable of determining that a user terminal stays in a service provision area with high accuracy, and surely placing an order of a service even in a store having a different format of information related to the order of merchandise or a service.SOLUTION: An order processing system 1 includes a signal transmitter 10. A user terminal 20 includes: a stay determination part for determining whether or not the user terminal stays in a service provision area 2; a service related information acquisition part for acquiring service related information; and an order placement part for generating order placement information indicating the order placement of a service. A conversion processing device 30 includes an information conversion part for converting the order placement information to be supplied from the user terminal to an order control device 40 into a format that can be processed by the order control device.
