PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which achieves preferable color reproduction by using an imaging device of a rolling shutter system.SOLUTION: An imaging section 3 images a subject by using an imaging device 31 of a rolling shutter system. A light projection control section 71 controls an infrared projector 9 to selectively project a first infrared light corresponding to red, a second infrared light corresponding to green and a third infrared light corresponding to blue. A video processing section 5 generates a frame of a video signal by using a first frame generated by exposing the imaging device 31 in a state where the first infrared light is projected, a second frame generated by exposing the imaging device 31 in a state where the second infrared light is projected, and a third frame generated by exposing the imaging device 31 in a state where the third infrared light is projected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
