PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in S/N and dynamic range by preventing the loss of an electric charge accumulated in a PD.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging apparatus according to one aspect of the disclosure includes a photoelectric conversion part which generates the electric charge according to incident light, a first holding part which holds the electric charge transferred from the photoelectric conversion part, a first transfer gate part which controls the transfer of the electric charge from the photoelectric conversion part to the first holding part, an electric charge discharge part which is the discharge destination of the electric charge generated by the photoelectric conversion part, a first discharge gate part which controls the transfer of the electric charge from the photoelectric conversion part to the electric charge discharge part, and a second discharge gate part which connects the electric charge discharge part and a constant voltage source. The disclosure can be applied to a CIS and an electronic apparatus on which the CIS is mounted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
