PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method for producing high concentration ozone hydrates, which enables generation of ozone hydrates at relatively low pressure and, moreover, easy storage of the same under ambient pressure; an apparatus for producing the same; and high concentration ozone hydrates.SOLUTION: The method for producing high concentration ozone hydrates comprises: producing ice pieces under a high pressure oxygen atmosphere; introducing the produced ice pieces into an ozone hydrate generator 12; generating ozone hydrates by bringing the ice pieces into contact with ozone and a carbon dioxide gas in the ozone hydrate generator 12 and, at the same time, keeping the pressure in the ozone hydrate generator 12 at 2 MPa or more and 3 MPa or less, and the temperature therein at -2°C or less and -3°C or more; introducing the generated ozone hydrates into a hydrate cryocooler 13; and cooling the same to -25°C or less and, thereafter, bringing the pressure back to an ambient pressure to obtain ozone hydrates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
