PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress lowering of detection accuracy by a sensor.SOLUTION: A second conveying roller 62 is made into a state of being pressure-contacted on an opposite roller 63 and a state of being separated from the opposite roller 63 by sliding of a slide member 90A in a longitudinal direction 8. A first detected body 17A is slid in a vertical direction 7 by the sliding of the slide member 90A. A first sensor 14M for detecting the first detected body 17A is mounted on a control board 14C supported by a substrate support base 14B. The first sensor 14M determines whether the second conveying roller 62 is in the state of being pressure-contacted on the opposite roller 63 or the state of being separated from the opposite roller on the basis of a state of detecting the first detected body 17A or a state of not detecting the first detected body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
