The purpose of the present invention is to provide a solar cell module cleaning device that can move well in respect to an installed solar cell module. The solar cell module cleaning device is configured to be provided with: a cleaning part that cleans a surface to be cleaned of a solar cell module; a moving part that moves the cleaning part on top of the solar cell module to be cleaned; a first rotating body (32) that can rotate so as to move along one edge side of the solar cell module to be cleaned; an attachment member (31) that attaches the first rotating body (32) to the cleaning part; movable parts (35, 36) that allow the first rotating body (32) to move in respect to the attachment member (31); and an elastic member (37) that restricts the movement of the first rotating body (32) due to the movable parts (35, 36).
