The invention relates to a gripper arm (2) for a gripper device (1) for gripping, holding and guiding in particular bottle-type containers, which comprises a rotatably mounted control cam (11) for moving a gripping section (5) of the gripper arm (2) from a gripping position into an open position, a bore (10) for mounting a bearing pin for securing the gripper arm (2) in the gripping device such that it can pivot, a first receiving part (6) for first closing means for moving the gripping section (5) of the gripper arm (2) from the open position into the gripping position. The aim of the invention is to provide a gripper arm which can be adapted to the shape of the container in a flexible and autonomous manner in order to grip and hold the container in a stable manner. As a result, the gripper section (5) is mounted such that it can pivot about a pivoting axis (8) which extends perpendicularly to the bore (10). |
