The burner is used in the power industry for warming boilers, fireplaces, dryers, heat generators, as well as for use in other heating devices. It is with raised reliability and efficiency. It consists of a combustion chamber (1) with latticed bottom (2), and a vertical solid wall (3). In the upper part of the chamber there is an opening (4) for the pellets feeding chute (5) – PEL – located under a sharp angle (6) towards the vertical. There is a container (7) under the latticed bottom, intended for collecting the ashes – PEP. The opening (8) serves for feeding air into the chamber. The bottom has two grates (2.1, 2.2). The first is inclined to the horizon under an angle (9), ranging from 25 to 40 degrees, which angle is smaller than the natural batter of the pellets. The second grate is with an angle (10), inclined 50 to 90 degrees towards the horizon, bigger than the angle of this natural batter. In the upper wall of the chamber there is an opening (11) for taking away the received gases. There is a ?-shaped peripheral channel (12) with two throats (12.1 and 12.2) in the chamber, which throats are fixed in the opening of the front vertical wall (13) of the chamber. The opening has a mechanical valve (14) with thermostat (15). The chute (5) is provided with a bunker (16) with lid (17). Both grates form the combustion zone (18). |
