The wing frame has a wing frame inner shell (5) and a wing frame outer shell (11), where a central wing seal (15) is designed as an insulating and elastic material. The central wing seal is arranged such that a window frame inner shell (1) is affected during a closed state of the window. The central wing seal is arranged at a wing profile (14). An independent claim is also included for a fixed frame for a window.
