Novelty: an original honey product having the form of a sphere or other geometrical shape is disclosed. Constituents: the invented honey product is solidified in the form of gel, it can take various shapes and be produced via the spherodisation technique upon shaping of an external elastic envelope/gel with use of biopolymers into which envelope liquid honey or honey scented with different smelling substances is confined. Advantage: agreeable flavoring sensation due to the rupture of the external film and the spreading of the aromatic honey in the oral cavity; accurate shaping of individual honey portions for immediate use. |
