The present invention relates to plant cutting scissors using an arc discharge method, which sterilize a cut part of a plant while cutting the plant. More specifically, the present invention relates to plant cutting scissors using an arc discharge method, which comprise: a first insulating member body (10) in a shape of a long bar; a second insulating member body (20) in a shape of a long bar coupled to the first member body (10) to be able to rotate by a hinge coupling part (30); the hinge coupling part (30) fixing the first member body (10) and the second member body (20) to be able to rotate; a first conductive cutting member (40) having a first cutting blade (41) formed on the front end, and coupled to the front end of the first member body (10) to integrally move with the first member body (10); a second conductive cutting member (50) which has a second cutting blade (51) formed on the front end, is coupled to the front end of the second member body (20) to integrally move with the second member body (20), and performs a plant cutting function with the first conductive cutting member (40); a handle part (60) consisting of a first handle (61) formed on the rear end of the first member body (10) and a second handle (66) formed on the rear end of the second member body (20); a high-voltage discharge unit (70) having one electrode connected to the first conductive cutting member (40) by a wire and the other electrode connected to the second conductive cutting member (50) by a wire, and causing arc discharge when a plant is inserted between the first conductive cutting member (40) and the second conductive cutting member (50) and an electric current is applied; and a power supply part (80) supplying power to the high-voltage discharge unit (70). |
