The present invention relates to an engaging structure of a back-beam and a stay of a vehicle and, more specifically, to an engaging structure of a back-beam and a stay comprising: a back-beam which is installed at the front of a vehicle in a vehicle width direction; a stay which is mounted on the rear side of the back-beam and has a plurality of flanges to be in contact with the back-beam on the surface thereof; and a reinforcement-stay which is curved to be able to cover the flanges of the stay and is coupled to the back-beam and the stay, wherein the flanges are inserted and coupled between the back-beam and the reinforcement-stay, thereby ensuring overall breaking robustness, even in a partial engagement failure.
