The invention provides an extrusion forming device and a manufacturing method of a thermoplastic elastomer formed piece. The extrusion forming device can obtain higher size precision even using extrusion forming devices which are easy to deform because of friction. A shape adjuster (4) configured between an extruder (2) for heating and extruding a thermoplastic elastomer (10) and an extracting machine (3) of the thermoplastic elastomer (10) is provided with a water tank (40) filled with cooling water (W). A sidewall (42) dividing a water outlet tank (40) is provided with an inlet (45a) formed by a through hole allowing the thermoplastic elastomer (10) to enter the water tank (40), and an outlet (45b) formed by a through hole for discharging the thermoplastic elastomer (10) from the water tank (40). The caliber of the inlet(45a) is greater than the external diameter of the thermoplastic elastomer (10) which is extruded by the extruder (2) and is going to enter the inlet; a water level of the cooling water (W) is higher than upper ends of the inlet (45a) and the outlet (45b). |
