<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that is used in an image forming apparatus employing an electrophotographic system, includes a photosensitive layer using a charge generating material formed without a pigment dispersion system, provides high image quality to be obtained by the photosensitive layer, and has a long life; and a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus that use the electrophotographic photoreceptor to provide high image quality and have a long life. <P>SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor is formed by laminating at least an undercoat layer 11, a charge generating layer 120 including a charge generating material, and a charge transfer layer 121 including a charge transfer material on a conductive support 10 in this order close from the conductive support.
